Where's the Fiddle?

Regarding the title of this post, I ask that because every time I think of the phrase "complacency bad," I hear it in Boris Karloff's voice as the Frankenstein Monster.
"Complacency BAD!  Drink GOOD!"  And then the blind hermit plays his fiddle.
